Job summary

Zafin is seeking a Project Manager to join the Banking Platform team, reporting to the Group Product Manager. You will lead end-to-end build and delivery of Zafin One implementations, coordinating plans, stakeholders, and priorities across the product roadmap to ensure successful client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in technical project management, experience in banking or enterprise SaaS, and strong skills in risk management, cross-functional leadership, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project or technical project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and to seek out and generate innovative solutions.
• Working knowledge of software development concepts, data analysis, and system design.
• Knowledge of project management practices (waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with project management tools and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Zafin One build and implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and ensure activities for successful completion within schedule and budget; manage the project team.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition through implementation.
• Manage technical risks and balance requirements with client needs; navigate a scalable technical solution.
• Create and execute project plans for a smooth delivery experience for Zafin's customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Zafin One implementation objectives.
