Job summary

Zafin is seeking a Group Product Manager to spearhead the Corporate & Commercial Product portfolio within the Banking Platform division. You will own the vision and roadmap for related products serving corporate and commercial banking clients, including Deal Manager, Billing, Account Analysis, Groups, and Hierarchies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience at enterprise software or SaaS companies
• 3-5 years in financial services/banking with people leadership experience
• Proven track record of setting product strategy and roadmap for a multi-product portfolio
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing product talent
• Experience using data and success metrics to guide portfolio decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and customers
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, QA, Design, and go-to-market teams
• Domain knowledge of corporate and commercial banking, core banking, and pricing is a strong asset
• Deep expertise in Fintech solutions and emerging banking technology trends

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Corporate & Commercial Product portfolio
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts
• Partner with senior leadership to define product vision, goals, and priorities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Sales
• Conduct market and user research to identify new opportunities
• Analyze portfolio performance and define capabilities to drive improvement
• Represent the portfolio in executive and customer discussions
• Balance competing priorities and manage resourcing and roadmap decisions
• Recruit, hire, and develop product talent and oversee their growth
• Evaluate complex business and technical requirements and advise on direction
• Work with engineering leadership to prioritize development and manage risks
• Meet with customers and implementation teams to discuss requirements and costs
• Review completed work at sprint ends to ensure alignment
• Develop prototypes to validate strategic direction
• Lead product demonstrations and manage customer relationships
• Promote products to sales teams through enablement activities
