Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a results-driven project leader for R&D, responsible for delivering products, solutions, or services on time and within budget. You will drive research initiatives, collaborate with Product Managers and Owners, and apply Siemens Development System (SDS) to boost speed and agility in development.

A proactive stakeholder manager ensures customer satisfaction and governance across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and/or 3-8 years of related experience or Master’s / PhD Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
• Proficient in technical writing and in using Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Drive R&D projects in cooperation with Product Managers or Product Owners and ensure timely decisions on open issues.

• Engages in risk and opportunity management and facilitates knowledge sharing and best practices.
