Job summary

Broccolini is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major institutional development delivered under a fast-track Development Agreement. This senior, client-facing role brings contractual discipline and rigorous documentation to a high‑profile file.

You will manage the design team, coordinate with development and construction groups, and track KPIs, schedules, budgets, and client health. English fluency is required; bilingual English/French is an asset.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years in real estate development or construction management on large institutional projects.
• Strong track record with document-heavy, institutional clients.
• Deep knowledge of CCDC contracts, Development Agreements, and change-order mechanics.
• Experience coordinating architects and multi-discipline consultants through design and construction documents.
• Technical fluency in MEP or ability to partner with a specialist.
• Comfort with fast-track project environments.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) with English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development management of the project and serve as the senior counterpart to the client and their advisors.
• Administer the contract as written, ensuring all decisions, deliverables, and correspondence are formally documented.
• Manage the prime consultant and design team on scope, schedule, and design quality, including the change-order process.
• Build and run the Project Execution Plan, with clear decision logs, submission gates, and an audit trail.
• Coordinate across our development and construction teams so the client receives consistent, reviewed communication.
• Track project KPIs and deliver regular status reporting on schedule, budget, design progress, and client relationship health.

About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major institutional development project delivered under a fast-track Development Agreement. This is a senior, client-facing role that brings contractual discipline and rigorous documentation to a high-profile file, while giving our real estate development leadership the day-to-day coverage needed to operate at portfolio level.

Key responsibilities
