As Senior Project Manager, you will plan, drive, and close projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team, handle resources, identify risks, and communicate progress to partners and stakeholders, ultimately driving projects to successful completion.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Your tasks as the Senior Project Manager include planning activities and resources, organizing and motivating the project team (including Sub Project Managers), controlling time management and costs, analyzing and managing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Design, develop, and manage customer projects according to Siemens Energy Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, with responsibility for economic results.
• You will be responsible for reporting project progress. Involvement in the offering phase supports sales by defining deliverables, finding subcontractors, budgeting, etc. providing variation to site routines. You will be a key leader in the execution team.
• Schedule Management – Lead the project management team in monitoring and maintaining project schedules. Attend schedule meetings as required.
• Lead the project management team in producing required deliverables, both internally and externally. Ensure deliverables and reports are produced as per contract requirements.
• Change Management – Understand the change management processes relevant to each contract. Explain these processes to the project team and produce reports, including Change Order Logs.

What You Bring

• Technical educational background, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of AIS, GIS, FACTs, HVDC, and/or Battery Storage.
• Experience in site management and project execution in the EPC domain.
• Proficiency in project planning, control, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of PM processes.
• Change management and negotiation skills are highly desired.
• Ability to influence and think creatively.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in French and English is required.
