With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and integrity, they are growing and looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.

Position Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of new construction and renovation projects within the ICI sector (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional). You will be responsible for full-cycle project management, including planning, execution, financial control, stakeholder communication, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple ICI construction projects ranging from $5M–$50M+ in value.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage client relations and act as the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, progress draws, and cost reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead project meetings and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and municipal regulations.
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to the overall strategic growth of the project management team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in ICI construction, with at least 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing both new build and renovation projects.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP designation or Gold Seal Certification (or working toward it) is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Alberta Building Code, construction contracts (CCDC), and local municipal procedures.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
