This Position Reports To

Hoisting Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, monitor execution for cost control, resource efficiency, and HSE compliance.
• Analyze project risks, implement lessons learned, and track contract performance and deliverables.
• Align with engineering, testing, site teams, and subcontractors to execute service projects efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships, support contract negotiations, prepare quotes, and manage contract changes.
• Partner with ABB Account Managers to identify and pursue new service opportunities.
  
  

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Engineering degree or Technology diploma; PMP designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects in industrial and/or utility sectors.
• Proven ability to manage scope, costs, scheduling, vendor relations, and perform financial analysis.
• Skilled in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Bilingual in French and English with strong written/spoken communication and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.
