Project Management Full Time Toronto, ON Hybrid $75,972 - $81,599 CAD per year
We are looking for a Senior Project Management Officer who is energized by complexity, grounded in strong project discipline, and committed to advancing equity and real-world impact for 2SLGBTQI communities.
Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, you will take projects from idea to impact in close partnership with departments across Egale. You will streamline processes, drive operational efficiency, collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members.
You will own the project life cycle end-to-end, ensuring standards are followed, risks are managed, and the right subject matter experts are at the table. Working alongside Egale’s program and operational teams, you will help deliver research, education, awareness, and legal advocacy initiatives that advance 2SLGBTQI communities in Canada and around the world.
