Job Description: Senior Project Leader

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader for our client, meeting the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Remote within the National Capital Region (NCR), Gatineau-Ottawa, with the contractor required to use a remote SAVE-D account and work from Canada only. On-site ad hoc services might be required.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The bidder must demonstrate, through project descriptions, that the proposed resource has at least 10 years of experience (within the last 15 years as of the solicitation closing date) in enterprise-class integrated security system design, implementation, and support.
2. The bidder must demonstrate, through project descriptions, experience working on a minimum of five projects involving security system design and support, including at least three site implementations of an Access Control System in Canadian federal government departments.
3. The proposed resource must hold a Professional Security Industry Designation as a Board Certified Professional from ASIS International, such as:

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or
• Physical Security Professional (PSP).

Copies of the relevant certificates must be included in the proposal submitted by the closing date and time, as specified in section 3.2 of this solicitation.

The proposed resource must also possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI). A copy of this certificate must be included in the proposal.
