Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support technical execution across all four ERF phases, ensuring engineering tasks are effectively coordinated among stakeholders and that project delivery aligns with objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assist in the technical planning and delivery of the ERF across all four phases under a finish/start scenario.
2. Support management of work packages and monitor technical progress throughout construction.
3. Review design deliverables to ensure alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
4. Interface daily with construction, supervision, and design teams (SO&W, DP, PMC, CS) to resolve technical issues promptly.
5. Coordinate with the core team and provide updates to the Senior Project Manager.
6. Track progress against schedules, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
7. Assist in preparing technical reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress presentations.
8. Review site activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
9. Support QA/QC by monitoring workmanship and verifying documentation.
10. Ensure engineering and construction drawings are reviewed, approved, and issued properly.
11. Assist in maintaining logs, RFI responses, technical submittals, and material approvals.
12. Identify potential engineering or constructability issues early and escalate as needed.
13. Support mitigation planning and value engineering efforts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of engineering and construction supervision experience.
• Experience with major infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven ability to support multi-phase delivery programs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical skills in interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with early works or phased infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination across PMC, DP, and CS teams.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
