Job summary

WSP in Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the execution of complex rail and transit programs. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The role involves coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting to enable successful project delivery. A strong engineering background and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of project coordination experience in transportation, infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including railway infrastructure systems and components.
  • Experience supporting project planning, risk management, cost tracking, and schedule management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • P.Eng designation is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance across major programs.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of complex rail and transit programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure rail and transit initiatives remain on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 – $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 – $117,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 – $112,400
