CAPREIT is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for the Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development team to drive day-to-day administration and project coordination. The role is hybrid, four days in the office, on a 12-month contract, reporting to the Manager, Revenue & Project Management.
You will coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, manage contracts, track progress, and pursue new revenue opportunities while maintaining accurate records in SharePoint and finance

The Senior Project Coordinator, Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development department. The role involves managing all administrative tasks, coordinating projects and collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to drive projects and initiatives forward. The Sr. Project Coordinator will report to the Manager, Revenue & Project Management- Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development and support the team’s goals and
objectives. This role will be the first point of contact for the department and will ensure effective communication between internal and external parties.
Hybrid, 4 days a week in the office
12-Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary starting from $70,000 - $75,000. This salary will be prorated based on the length of the contract.
