Qualifications

• The candidate must have a university degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, or construction PM.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise with complex scheduling, baseline management, and delay analysis.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, engineering, procurement, and supply chain.
• Experience mentoring project controls professionals and leading technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and analysis of complex construction schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Maintain project controls processes, standards, and governance for varying project complexity.
• Provide senior-level review of contractor schedules and Time Impact Analyses.
• Develop controls requirements for RFPs, contracts, and deliverables.
• Lead progress measurement, dashboards, S-curves, and KPI reporting.
• Apply Earned Value Management, forecasting, trend analysis, and change management support.
• Collaborate across construction, procurement, engineering, and field teams.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to project controls teams; drive continuous improvement.
