Fluor Canada is seeking a Project Controls Lead to oversee control activities on EPC projects. You will lead a small team or serve as SME for the region, developing WBS, schedules, and cost-control programs.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and 10 years of related experience; or 14 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge and ability to apply local statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity.
• Develop integrated EPC schedules or cost control programs.
• Lead schedule analysis, review delays, and propose recovery options.
• Lead cost specialist duties and provide required reports.
• Analyze variances and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
