Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Project Control Officer to plan and monitor projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You’ll serve as the point person for the team, supporting project management tools, planning, and performance monitoring across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring scopes, budgets, timelines and milestones, identifying trends, assisting risk management, and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• PMP certification is preferred or required.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project scopes, budgets and timelines to produce reports.
• Identify and analyze trends and discrepancies; propose solutions.
• Assist the team with risk, issue and document management.
• Ensure project management best practices are followed.
• Help update timelines by tracking milestones and dates for squads and contributors.
• Monitor and analyze the plan; make resource capacity recommendations.
• Monitor timing of milestones and key dates for squads and contributors.
