We are a fun-loving bunch of big thinkers and do-gooders, who are collaborative in our approach, diverse in our perspectives, aspirational in our pursuits, and optimistic about what’s next. We’re always looking for passionate people who share our values and care as much about our communities as we do. We’re proud to be a Certified B Corporation, committed to using our design practice as a force for good in the world.

Explore the Toronto Studio and join us!

How you'll make a difference:

  • Assisting DIALOG Partners in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Leading communications with and reports to Authorities having Jurisdiction.
  • Delivering projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership.
  • Providing leadership and direction to team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies (design, technical and quality standards, etc.) to advance the group and the efficiency and effectiveness of our architectural work.
  • Helping to implement the goals and objectives set out in the annual business plan through leadership, coaching and mentoring of the architectural team members.
  • Leading the financial performance of projects.
Who you are:
  • 15+ years architectural design and leadership experience with a focus in government and/or institutional project types.
  • A first Professional Architecture degree (Master's Degree in Architecture is a plus).
  • A registered Architect preferred (or eligible).
  • Knowledge of coordination and management of BIM projects and processes.

  • Experience in leading and managing higher education, healthcare and/or government clients.
  • Proficiency with analogue (hand) and electronic forms of visual and graphic communication.
  • Substantial demonstrated experience in project planning, design, technical production and contract administration.
  • Strong leadership experience in establishing scope, and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff on multiple projects, in a hybrid (in-studio and virtual) work environment.
  • The ability to lead large projects (> $100 million construction value) with minimal supervision, including consultant coordination and client management.
  • Experience in leading project pursuit efforts (RFQ/RFP responses, fee letters).
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate architectural team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration.
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Suite.
