Job summary

General Atomics Canada Corporation in Ottawa seeks a Project Administrator to join the team. The role handles daily project operations, planning, scheduling, and travel management in support of the RPAS program.

With oversight, you will analyze plans, generate reports, and guide junior staff while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with laws and procedures. Salary ranges from 70,000 to 100,000 CAD annually, with a potential performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participates in project plan development, design and schedule.
• Integrate and analyze project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensure that all the key parties are advised.
• Analyze data and situations and develop solutions with project managers, line managers and clients; influence and advise on actions to be taken.
• Develop appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records.
• Provide direction to support and less experienced professional staff.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
