Job summary

Fresche Solutions Inc. is hiring for a senior program manager to oversee complex, multi-stream programs end-to-end for a global client. You will set program governance, report on milestones, and ensure benefits realization by aligning deliverables to outcomes and quality standards.

You will lead cross-stream orchestration across PMs, vendors, and client teams, manage risks, and maintain exec-ready updates. A PMP and 10+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years program management experience overseeing multi-stream projects with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Governance and structure: build WBS, dependency maps, standardize processes, maintain charters/risk logs.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap, governance, cadence, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting.
• Align PMs, vendors, and client teams; manage interdependencies across streams, schedule, and resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; manage budget, ROI, and executive updates.
• Tailor communications for execs and delivery teams; run change control; keep teams aligned.
• Standardize processes/templates and ensure benefits realization with high delivery standards.
• Lead process engineering and daily continuous-improvement across complex programs.
