• Experience with program governance, delivery planning, sequencing and dependency management, fiscal governance, and escalation management.
• Demonstrated experience leading business transformation initiatives with measurable organizational, operational, or customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into plain, executive-ready language for non-technical sponsors and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities, with a collaborative, influence-based leadership style (not command-and-control).
• Ability to work independently, create structure in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously.
