Job summary

BIMM, a Toronto-based agency, is seeking a Senior Production Designer to join our Creative Services team in a full-time role. You’ll turn approved concepts into production-ready assets across print, digital, social and motion, with a strong focus on quality and precision.

This hands-on, hybrid position requires expert Adobe skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and strong typography.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional production and design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for print and digital (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong typography, layout, and image treatment skills with attention to brand accuracy.
• Experience creating and delivering high-volume national campaigns and motion graphics.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve production workflows while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce and adapt approved creative across print, direct mail, retail, digital and motion assets.
• Build press-ready artwork in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with proper bleeds and color settings.
• Create polished digital layouts and assets for multiple formats and platforms.
• Develop motion graphics and animations in After Effects and build reusable templates.
• Manage campaign versions across languages and regions with versioning matrices.
• Organize editable production files and templates to streamline updates and handoffs.
• QA artwork and exports for copy, layout, image quality and technical specs.
• Collaborate with Creative Services, account teams and production vendors; manage deadlines.
