Job summary

THE·TEAM in Canada hosts a production design internship within the Creative + Content team. You will support in delivering creative for major brands, working with Designers, Art Directors, Project & Resource Managers, and client teams.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with a keen eye for design details, and willing to wear multiple hats to support the team in a fast-paced agency environment. Hybrid work with 3 in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for print, digital, social and events.
• Strong organizational skills for files and assets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce files for print, digital, social and event materials.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers and Developers.
• Apply design principles across layouts, colours and typography.
• Make requests and adjustments to files as needed.
• Prepare materials for teams and clients including proofs and mocks.
• Keep files organized according to studio guidelines.
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
