We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the direct business team, focusing primarily on our Workforce Planning solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling messaging, driving product launches, and creating marketing strategies that fuel growth and engagement. You will be the bridge between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring that our solutions are effectively positioned, communicated, and adopted by customers.

This role is based at our head office in Yaletown Vancouver on a hybrid work schedule. We will also consider candidates based remotely anywhere in Canada.

What you'll be doing...
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and implement comprehensive launch plans (including cross-sell, retention, and new customer acquisition) to drive successful adoption and engagement.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Establish clear buyer personas; develop positioning and compelling narratives that set Visier apart and capture our value in a way that resonates with those buyers.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market dynamics, customer needs and feedback, and competitive landscape to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Support: Equip sales teams with tools and resources to effectively communicate about Visier solutions.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Plan and support marketing campaigns with the broader team to drive awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate product marketing initiatives using data, measuring how your work impacts sales outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the HR, analytics, business planning, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful go-to-market launches with business impact.
  • Strong preference for experience working with products related to workforce planning, business planning, FP&A, etc.
  • A BA/BS degree in a marketing, product, technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is 115k -138k / year + bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
