RocketRez is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Reporting & Analytics to own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive revenue maximization for hospitality operators. You will define metrics, data models, and the roadmap, partnering with engineering to ensure reporting becomes the front door for action.
The role focuses on real-time operator questions, accurate seasonal insights, and clear visuals that inform decisions across attendance, revenue, and conversion.
Product Full Time Remote $160,000 - $190,000 CAD per year
RocketRez is the revenue maximization platform behind boat tours, theme parks, zoos, and other attractions and experience operators. Operators run their businesses on us: ticketing, capacity, memberships, point of sale, web stores, and the data that tells them how how to grow their business.
Operators ask us questions every day. How did yesterday go? Which channel actually converts? Did the new pricing pay off, or did it just move demand around? Your job is to turn those questions into data, reports, and visuals that answer them clearly and lead to a revenue maximizing decision.
You'll own Reporting & Analytics end to end: the reports, dashboards, and insights operators use to run their business, from the general manager checking yesterday's attendance to the finance lead reconciling a month of revenue across channels, and the data models and metric definitions behind them. You'll own its roadmap, its customers, and the case for where engineering time goes. Your job is to prove that reporting can be the front door to RocketRez: where operators start their day, and what moves them to act. You'll be measured on usage, and on the revenue operators earn from the decisions reporting drives.
Operators move more of their business onto RocketRez when they trust us with their busiest day, and that trust depends on the numbers. If the reporting is wrong, late, or confusing, nothing else we build gets believed.
First, reporting operators trust. Core reporting on par with the best in hospitality.
Next, a revenue engine. Operators set revenue targets and campaigns, track their pace against them and against past seasons, and get clear options when they fall behind.
Then, automated revenue management. Automation keeps tracking and planning running without the operator asking. It recommends actions grounded in the operator's own history and in how similar operators are performing, and makes acting on them a single click. Season pass sales dipping? Here are three options based on this season and the last two.
The trait we care about most is adaptability. The tools and methods of product management are changing, so we hire people
