• Ensure regulatory, certification, installation, and service-readiness requirements are executed for all offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field, Call Centre, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver GTM plans and enablement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team (2 PMs, 1 Analyst).
• Build strong execution discipline, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership capability.

Compensation: $102,912 - $149,738

Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Plans & Electrical is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Plans portfolio (Protection, Maintenance, coverage, chargeables) and Electrical (Generator, Battery/Backup (BESS), EV Chargers/EVSE, EVM/EMS) product offerings.

This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers, ensuring plans and electrical services drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi-product household penetration.

The Sr Product Manager leads a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serves as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance for Plans and Electrical portfolios, delivering against revenue, margin, and retention targets.
• Execute pricing strategy, offer architecture, and lifecycle optimization within portfolio guardrails.
