Job summary

lululemon is seeking a product leader for Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences within Global Digital. You will own capabilities across OMS, Sourcing, EDD, and fulfillment execution to serve stores, DCs and regions.

You will translate guest and business problems into measurable outcomes, drive MVP definitions, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Program teams. Immigration support may be available; hybrid onsite with minimum 4 days/week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, cross-functional products.
• Experience in omni-channel fulfillment, OMS, inventory, or supply chain domains.
• Strong product judgment around prioritization, MVPs, and trade-offs.
• Comfort working with technical platforms and data-driven products.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and a 12-24 month roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilities.
• Translate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics.
• Lead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flows.
• Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and sequencing while managing dependencies and risk.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Program, and Analytics teams.
• Measure post-launch success and iterate using data and insights.
