Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for workforce solutions including EOR, payroll, and manage & pay.
• Decide build vs. buy vs. partner, and integrate providers for speed to market.
• Define end-to-end product experiences across hiring, onboarding, compliance, payments, and management.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive SMB user experiences.
• Partner with legal, operations, finance, partnerships, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Use data and customer insights to drive backlog and roadmap.
• Operate with an owner's mindset, drive direction and outcomes.
