Job summary

Mysa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Energy Flexibility. You will lead products that convert thermostats, water heaters, heat pumps, and EV chargers into a reliable grid resource, while keeping homes comfortable.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll partner with PMs and work across hardware and software to maximize homeowner adoption and utility load flexibility. You’ll participate in utility sales discussions, translate requirements into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with firmware, cloud,

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience shipping technical products end to end, ideally in energy, IoT, or connected hardware.
• Working understanding of residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps and dual-fuel with backup furnace.

Responsibilities

• Own Energy Flexibility products and drive strategies to maximize homeowner adoption and load flexibility for utilities.
• Collaborate across hardware and software to define capabilities and roadmap; write crisp requirements for firmware, cloud, data, and app teams.
• Engage in utility sales conversations, explaining control strategies and measurement and verification approaches.
• Turn utility/ homeowner input and field data into a prioritized roadmap with clear rationale.
