Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of brokerage clearing and settlement systems for the Canadian market.

You will work at the intersection of capital markets operations, financial infrastructure, and fintech product development. The role requires hands-on experience with brokerage back-office platforms, clearing workflows, and post-trade systems, with collaboration across engineering teams and external financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance).
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, capital markets, or brokerage infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience designing or owning brokerage back-office or post-trade systems.
• Experience with industry-standard platforms such as Broadridge BPS.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Canadian brokerage clearing and settlement platforms.
• Lead the design and enhancement of back-office brokerage systems, including trade lifecycle processing, reconciliation, settlement, and workflows.
• Collaborate with banks, clearing agencies, and market infrastructures to support post-trade integrations.
• Drive integrations with custodians, clearinghouses, and settlement counterparties (e.g., CDS, DTCC, banks).
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications for engineering teams.
• Evaluate technical integration approaches and assess cost, scalability, and operational impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the SDLC from requirements to production release.
• Improve operational efficiency, automation, and system resiliency across clearing and settlement processes.
