Job summary

S I Systems in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery for an AI-focused portfolio across enterprise retail.

You will align business needs with technical delivery, partner with AI and engineering teams, and drive prioritization across loyalty, pricing, marketing and fraud use cases. This is a hands-on PM role requiring clear communication and decisive planning.

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on Product Management in complex enterprise environments.
Experience managing AI, Generative AI or data/AI-driven products and initiatives.
Strong experience developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs and priorities.
Experience translating business use cases into clear direction for technical delivery teams.
Strong technical understanding with experience working with software engineering, data and/or AI teams.
Experience managing multiple use cases, stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong strategic thinking linking business needs to priorities and delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

Organize incoming demand for AI initiatives and define priorities.
Build and maintain the product roadmap for the AI portfolio.
Collaborate with AI Lead and engineering teams to move from business need to delivery.
Support digital products across mobile, e-commerce and gift cards where applicable.
Provide structure and prioritization to a fast-moving portfolio.
