Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B product management or similar experience.
• Experience working with enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong vision and ability to navigate ambiguity and set long‑term product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabling retailers to differentiate their storefronts with AI‑assisted customization and extensibility.
• Build AI‑assisted tools that simplify sophisticated retailer customization.
• Balance retailer flexibility with platform coherence to preserve conversion, reliability and scalability.
• Expand platform extensibility to connect storefronts with broader tech ecosystems.
• Partner with enterprise retailers to translate needs into scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and other product teams to ship measurable outcomes.
