Aviso Wealth in Canada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Advisor Hub product family and coach three Product Owners, reporting to the Director of Product Management.

You will champion a customer-centric product model, work with a Product Designer and Tech Lead, and drive measurable outcomes while aligning with compliance, privacy and business priorities. This hands-on leadership role requires influencing across functions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years managing technology-powered products.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric product model and discovery.
• Experience setting product direction and prioritizing outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction for the Advisor Hub family with leadership.
• Lead discovery, test assumptions with customers, data, and stakeholders.
• Coach Product Owners and align with design and engineering teams.
• Balance value, viability, desirability, and feasibility with triad partners.
• Manage backlog and prioritize outcomes across product areas.
