Job summary

Aviso Wealth in Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations to support day-to-day operational execution, governance, and improvement of the firm's fund product platform, including mutual funds, ETFs, and HISAs. You will lead readiness for new products, mergers, terminations, and reorganizations, ensuring scalable, well-controlled processes.

You will bring 8+ years in Asset/Wealth Management, strong project leadership, and deep Canadian fund industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Mutual Fund Operations, Product Management or Fund Administration.
• Minimum 5 years leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian investment fund industry and product structures.
• Experience with fund accounting and custody operations.
• English fluent; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational subject matter expert for investment fund products (Mutual Funds, Fund-of-Funds, ETFs, HISAs).
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches, mergers, terminations, reorganizations, and product changes.
• Ensure scalable, efficient, controlled product operations.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide ad hoc escalation support for stakeholders on issues.
• Represent Aviso Wealth on enterprise project teams with cross-divisional impact.
• Support planning and implementation of strategic initiatives across Product and Operations.
• Act as Project Lead or Business Lead for enterprise projects affecting investment products.
