As Senior Product Management Director, you will define and lead the product strategy across AI innovation, product-led growth, and next-generation AI search capabilities. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of a SaaS product portfolio while identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a globally distributed team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success leadership. A key focus will be integrating advanced AI technologies into product experiences and exploring emerging opportunities in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will also champion AI-native product management practices, leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and product development. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial product executive who wants to influence business growth, build innovative products, and shape the future of AI-powered SaaS solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define, communicate, and execute the overarching product strategy and roadmap across AI-powered features, AEO/GEO capabilities, and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term commercial priorities.
  • AI Product Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI technologies into the product portfolio to improve user experiences, automate workflows, enhance product capabilities, and create new sources of value.
  • AEO/GEO Product Development: Lead the development of innovative solutions in the evolving AI search ecosystem, including Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization, positioning products to address emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Growth Strategy and Execution: Identify opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through product-led growth strategies and continuous product optimization.
  • AI-Native Product Management: Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across product discovery, ideation, experimentation, validation, and development. Promote practical applications of AI, including vibe coding, to accelerate innovation and decision-making.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and product performance to identify strategic opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Product Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of product managers, establishing a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and AI-native thinking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to ensure effective prioritization, coordinated execution, and successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Establish clear product KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize product outcomes and business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product vision, strategic priorities, roadmaps, and performance results to the CTO and senior leadership, building alignment and influencing key business decisions.
  • Product-Led Commercial Impact: Work closely with commercial teams to ensure product capabilities support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, competitive differentiation, and sustainable business expansion.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of developments in AI, SaaS, and digital marketing technologies, translating emerging trends into actionable product opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is considered an advantage.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, with a strong focus on product strategy, growth, and innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies in product development and management, particularly through practical applications introduced in recent years.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and optimizing products that generate measurable improvements in user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications within SaaS environments, including the ability to identify opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful customer and business value.
  • Experience developing and executing product-led growth strategies across the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, commercial strategies, customer retention, and expansion dynamics.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams, preferably within globally distributed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish product vision, manage complex roadmaps, and translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using customer insights, product analytics, and business metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate effectively across international teams.
