Job summary

Jobility Talent Solutions is seeking a senior Product Owner / Product Manager to lead product teams within a leading financial services organization in Toronto. The role emphasizes Capital Markets expertise and hands-on Electronic Trading delivery across regions and functions.

You will drive business value, prioritize the product book, and collaborate with business heads, technology, QA, and stakeholders to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets
• Hands-on understanding of Electronic Trading flows
• Experience working with Trading Applications
• Strong experience in business requirements, prioritization, and product delivery
• Proven ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Office, Windows, and collaboration tools
• Experience managing or leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Product Owner teams across multiple functions to maximize business value
• Partner with business heads, Project Management, Technology, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Define and prioritize the product book of work based on business strategy, market intelligence, revenue opportunities, risk, audit, and compliance
• Manage competing priorities across regions and business stakeholders while balancing cost, value, and risk
• Provide product direction, business value assessment, and input into effort estimation and delivery planning
• Maintain a strong understanding of trading applications, workflows, and electronic trading processes
• Lead products across Global Cash and Derivatives. Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owner and QA teams while driving performance and career development.
• Manage and prioritize the Rates QA team, aligning QA scope with business risk and release criticality
