Title:- Product Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Long Term Contract

Manage Product Owner teams across Macro and direct resourcing across functions to maximize value delivered

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, to design end-to-end solutions to resolve complex problems; provide input on business value and effort sizing to inform cost estimates and support delivery planning

Partner with business heads to prioritize and meet strategic goals, providing thought leadership and recommendations; manage conflicting priorities across regions and business sponsors to balance trade offs of costs and benefits

Strategically prioritize the book of work based on a deep understanding of market intelligence, the strategic goals of the business, and revenue generation balanced against risk, audit, and compliance requirements; work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ever-changing needs of the business

Maintain deep understanding of trading applications, how they work, and be able to explain functions as well as problem solve

Act as a proxy for the user in helping define requirements

Products include Global Cash and Derivatives

Manage the Rates QA team, prioritizing QA scope based on business risk and release criticality

Provide focus and clarity in communicating individual goals to direct reports, ensuring performance standards for each employee are aligned with those of the business; review performance management and adapt to changing needs as needed

Ensure that employees understand Client vision, as well as support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to Client goals

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or other related field
• 7+ years of experience in product ownership or related field

Nice to Have

• Front office experience: sales, trader, or broker
