We’re looking for 2 high-performing Sales Conversion Specialists (also known as an Inside Sales Closer) to join a top-tier HVAC company in the GTA. Job Type : Full-time - 40 HR / Week

• Own the Sales Process - Close high-value residential HVAC deals over the phone with confidence and finesse.
• Leverage Warm Leads - You won’t be cold-calling; we provide daily warm leads, allowing you to focus on closing.
• Build Trust - Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to forge strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored HVAC solutions.
• Exceed Sales Targets - Navigate objections like a pro and push the limits of your success by hitting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
