Liburdi Dimetrics Corporation is seeking a Product Engineer / Product Manager with a strong mechanical design background to bridge Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions. The role maintains existing designs and leads improvements and next-generation revisions, with typical hours 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday.

The position is based in Hamilton, Ontario, with base compensation in the CAD 70k–90k range, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management or project engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical design and drawings is required.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams regarding product improvements.
• Review, summarize, and prioritize stakeholder feedback related to product performance and manufacturability.
• Identify gaps in documentation, drawings, BOMs and work instructions; recommend updates.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of approved changes through Engineering and Design teams.
• Track product issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Lead design revisions and generational product updates and rollout plans.
• Participate in design reviews, testing activities and production readiness reviews.
