Job summary

Liburdi Dimetrics Corporation in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a full-time Software Developer to design, build, test, and maintain software solutions through their full lifecycle. The role involves direct collaboration with customers to gather requirements, train users, and provide ongoing technical support.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with 1-2 years of experience preferred and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Computer Science degree is required.
• Experience with Windows/Linux Embedded, Real Time Systems, and Multi-Threaded Architecture is an asset.
• Awareness of ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to define requirements, train and support end users
• Communicate ideas effectively with other developers during planning sessions and code reviews
• Design, develop, test, debug and document software solutions from start to finish
• Assist in the maintenance, support, and updating of our existing codebases
• Research and learn new technology and tools in software development on an ongoing basis
