Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 10+ years of design experience in injection molding tooling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Specialized knowledge in tooling and plastics processing.
• CAD modeling experience; Unigraphics preferred.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
