Job summary

Ironbelly Studios in Montreal is seeking a hands‑on Senior Product Designer to own the product design across apps, platforms, surfaces, flows and the design system beneath it all.

You will shape user flows, refine the four pixels that make buttons feel right, and collaborate in person with our team in Montreal. You’ll lead design decisions and articulate rationale with leadership while staying hands‑on in everyday delivery.

Qualifications

• Shipped consumer mobile products with real usage and be ready to explain design decisions.
• Built or led a design system including rules and documentation.
• Able to defend strong opinions during feedback and discussions.
• Uses AI in process while maintaining craft and taste.

Responsibilities

• Own the iOS app end to end, from first open through the hundredth session.
• Own the design system foundations (colors, typography, spacing, components).
• Collaborate closely with engineering to spec, review builds and maintain high detail.
• Own the brand visual system at the system level across surfaces.
• Regularly present and defend design decisions to leadership and iterate.
