Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design, UX and UI experience
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma
• Experience building, managing, and evolving Design Systems
• Strong native mobile design experience across iOS and Android
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UI states
• Experience creating reusable components, patterns, and design documentation
• Banking and/or investing industry knowledge
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, user flows, and interaction models

• Ensure all experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the design system and mobile experience standards
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle

Pay Rate: Up to $75/hour

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly visible project that will impact the digital experience of thousands of users while working alongside product, technology, and design professionals.

You’ll play a key role in designing scalable, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across native mobile platforms, helping evolve the future of investing experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and create reusable components and patterns in Figma for a scalable design system
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implementation-ready
