Based in downtown Toronto, we are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative team working towards transforming the way Canadians shop by creating leading eCommerce experiences in the online grocery shopping, beauty, pharmacy, loyalty, and apparel spaces, and we’re only just getting started! To achieve these goals, we are looking for talented and passionate individuals who want to collaborate and solve challenging problems and make significant and lasting impact on Canadians.
As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for working with our product managers and development teams to design and build new features, and to enhance the core user experience within our apps and digital platforms. Reporting into the Director of Product Design, you’ll create solutions that help users engage with Loblaw divisions, services, and programs, providing value, and bringing ease and enjoyment to our customers experiences. You’ll be an expert at merging user insights, UX best practices, and Art Direction to produce accessible, effective, and user-centred designs. You’ll contribute to, and help maintain, the collaborative culture of our design team—and help coach and mentor our new designers. You'll also support opportunities to improve inclusion, equity, and accessibility when it comes to both designs and the team environment.You’ll facilitate important relationships with our stakeholders and related creative teams, while collaborating with them to help our digital experiences grow. You will work in a collaborative environment with a fantastic culture, working with team members across the organization to contribute to the overall success of Loblaw Digital, and our customers.
