You’ll be the design voice in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment — trusted with the autonomy to shape what we build and how we build it. From refining the user experience of our core app to launching bold new features, you’ll play a key role in raising the bar for design at HouseSigma. If you’re hands‑on, think deeply, experiment confidently, and lead with empathy — help us shape what’s next.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end‑to‑end product design process for both mobile and web experiences.
• Drive UX and UI efforts that directly impact how millions of Canadians interact with real estate data.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and an external UI contractor using project management and design collaboration tools.
• Identify usability pain points and proactively recommend solutions and design improvements.
• Translate complex product requirements into clean, usable, and scalable designs.
• Conduct user‑centered research and usability analysis to guide product direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile product design and consumer‑facing (B2C) products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact — especially on mobile platforms.
• Exceptional UX problem‑solving skills and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive user experiences.
• Comfortable working independently, defining your own roadmap and standards within a growing product org.
• A structured thinker who values simplicity, usability, and results.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in real estate, PropTech.
• Product Management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with front‑end development or design‑dev collaboration.
• Startup or scale‑up environment experience.
