Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development and/or pricing.
• Knowledge of investment funds and savings products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, autonomy and creativity.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English, with daily bilingual communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and enhancing our current product offering.
• Understanding client needs in partnership with distributors to ensure that product design and pricing address their needs.
• Staying informed about competitors' products and ensuring that our offering positions us as an industry leader.
• Recommending actions to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborating with internal partners, including actuarial, IT, pricing, and marketing teams, to design and launch products.
