Job description

BYNK Media is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team.

About BYNK Media:

BYNK Media is a creative agency specializing in social, influencer marketing, content production, and brand experiences. We create culturally relevant work that helps brands show up in ways that feel current, thoughtful, and impactful.

Role Overview:

BYNK Media is seeking a strategic, seasoned Senior Producer to lead content production from pre-production through final post-delivery. While execution excellence is essential, this is fundamentally a leadership and team-building role. Beyond overseeing high-impact shoots, a massive focus of your position will be mentoring, coaching, and elevating BYNK’s junior production staff. You will actively build operational structure, audit and refine internal workflows, and train the next generation of BYNK producers to scale our production capabilities.

This role starts as a 3-month contract position with potential to transition into a full-time staff role as our team and portfolio expand.

Responsibilities:
  • People Management & Mentorship: Direct, coach, and mentor junior producers, providing hands-on guidance across active projects to level up team capabilities.
  • Workflow Optimization: Audit and refine existing production workflows to remove bottlenecks and build scalable systems that improve department efficiency.
  • Resource & Capacity Planning: Proactively manage team bandwidth across active campaigns to balance workloads, optimize resourcing, and prevent burnout.
  • Freelance Network Sourcing: Identify bandwidth gaps and source, onboard, and manage top-tier freelance talent during high-volume periods.
  • Full-Lifecycle Production: Lead photo, video, and multi-channel content capture projects from initial creative scoping through post-production delivery.
  • Financial & Logistical Control: Build and track comprehensive budgets, call sheets, production schedules, and workback timelines.
  • Pre-Production & Partner Management: Direct crew booking, equipment, locations, permitting, and contracts with key production vendors, stylists, and HMU.
  • Talent Logistics & Rights Management: Manage talent scheduling, logistics, releases, and usage agreements across complex, moving productions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Strategy, Social, and Influencer teams to scope, budget, and execute ambitious creative briefs.
  • On-Set Leadership & Real-Time Troubleshooting: Lead shoot days to guarantee seamless, on-budget execution while quickly solving real-time operational challenges.
  • Post-Production & Deliverables QC: Oversee editing, retouching, sound, and color pipelines, ensuring final assets strictly align with campaign briefs and platform specs.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in content production, photo production, video production, or integrated campaign production.
  • Proven leadership through a track record of managing, mentoring, and developing junior producers or production coordinators (not just overseeing crew on set).
  • Operational mindset and is passionate about establishing structure, improving production workflows, and balancing ambitious creative vision with budget and timeline realities.
  • Strong experience producing shoots for social, digital, and branded content.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, crews, timelines, and multiple productions at once.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong network of freelance crew, production partners, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with budget and operational realities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows from concept through post.
