Job description

About this Role

437 is looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and creatively driven Creative Producer to bring our brand and performance creative to life across campaigns, social, e-commerce, and paid media.

This role owns production from approved brief through final delivery. You’ll turn creative direction into executable plans, coordinate the people and resources required, and ensure every team has the right assets, in the right formats, on time.

The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, operator, and problem solver: someone with a strong creative eye who can manage multiple productions, editors, vendors, and deliverables without losing speed, quality, or attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
Creative Production
  • Own end-to-end production across campaign shoots, social content, e-commerce, product launches, partnerships, creator content, and paid media.
  • Translate approved concepts and briefs into production plans, shot lists, call sheets, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and asset requirements.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, talent, hair and makeup, stylists, studios, locations, equipment, creators, and freelance partners.
  • Manage production calendars, vendor communication, contracts, budgets, approvals, and day-of logistics.
  • Partner across marketing channels to ensure each production captures the assets required across channels and placements.
  • Anticipate asset needs ahead of launches and flag production gaps, timing risks, or resource constraints before they become blockers.
  • Oversee post-production across editing, retouching, versioning, approvals, quality control, and final delivery, ensuring editors execute each asset according to the approved brief, timeline, and creative standards.
  • Partner closely with the Creative team, which sets the creative direction and brand standards, to translate approved concepts into executable production plans and deliver final assets.
  • Ensure final assets meet approved standards and are delivered in the correct specifications for each channel.
  • Maintain a clearly labeled, accessible asset library for cross-functional use.
Paid Creative Execution
  • Partner with the Growth Creative Strategist and paid media team to translate approved testing briefs into production and post-production plans.
  • Manage editors and freelance creative partners across all channels, owning briefs, workloads, timelines, feedback, approvals, coordination with the Design team, and final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, approvals, and delivery for net-new graphic and motion assets required by approved paid creative briefs.
  • Track requests, approvals, source files, final links, and delivery status so the paid creative pipeline remains organized and scalable.
  • Build production systems that increase creative volume and speed without sacrificing brand quality.
Project Management & Operations
  • Build and maintain clear production timelines, trackers, and ownership across simultaneous projects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of deadlines, dependencies, changes, decisions, and risks.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Establish and refine production processes, templates, and quality standards as output scales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, organization, cost efficiency, and creative output.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in creative or content production, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of photo, video, social-first, e-commerce, creator, and digital content production.
  • Proven experience producing high-quality creative assets across brand campaigns, social, e-commerce, product launches, partnerships, and paid media.
  • Experience managing editors, freelancers, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfort managing multiple productions and deliverables in a fast-moving environment.
  • Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented as priorities change.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A sharp creative eye and genuine interest in fashion, culture, social media, and digital trends.
What Success Looks Like

Campaigns and launches have the right assets, delivered on time and to a high creative standard. Social and Growth have a reliable content pipeline, paid briefs move quickly from concept to live asset, and production stays organized as volume increases.

This role builds a fast, scalable production engine that turns approved creative strategies into high-quality assets at speed.
