Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Senior Producer for the North America Content Studio. You will own end-to-end CGI-led production, coordinating with creatives, CGI artists, photographers and post teams in a hybrid North American setting.

We are currently seeking a Senior Producer to join our Content Studio team in North America.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with solid experience in a CGI-led agency environment to step up into a new role. This will include working closely with Creatives, CGI Artists, Photographers, Retouchers & Film Makers to take ownership of all aspects of production & post-production processes. Along with the opportunity to develop your producer skills, this role offers great opportunities for career progression as the Content Studio expands and evolves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a seamless extension of our global Content Solutions team, driving strong collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
• Support translating conceptual creative vision into clear, executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post ‑ production.
• Own end-to ‑ end production delivery from pre ‑ production through final asset delivery.
• Lead production estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with finance and client service teams.
• Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations across all stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of day-to‑day production in a CGI-led studio environment
• Proactively communicate and manage expectation with clients and client service teams around all aspects of production and project delivery
• Identify and clearly communicate project resource requirements in a consistent, accurate and timely manner
• Work with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challenges
• Forecast, request, book, and on‑board freelance resource, when necessary
• Negotiate costings with external providers, ensuring their costs align to budgets and expectation
• Manage all aspects of project documentation management, including estimates, PO’s, NDA’s, MSA’s etc.
• Manage multiple third‑party supplier relationships

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Experience gained within a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging-centric agency
• Experience of pre/post-production & shooting of video content would be highly advantageous
• Experience leaning in and working with clients directly
• The ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in accurately identifying project risks
• Ability to quickly and effectively draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approval
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting a positive morale in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Trello etc
• A point of view on the tools required by teams to ensure consistency in best practice for production management – what to use when, and why
• Ability to manage, coach and lead teams of production artists and direct reports
• Ability to outline and develop best practices and processes – a leader, not a follower
• 7-10 of years of experience

The Ontario pay range for this position is $90,000 CAD to $105,000 CAD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and other job‑related factors.
