Eurofins CDMO Alphora is seeking Senior Process Technicians to join our expanding team!

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a team player with a responsible attitude, capable of working safely with attention to detail. Good documentation, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment following cGMP guidelines. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, sound decision-making, time management, and interpersonal skills are required, with an emphasis on structured process and documentation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Support the manufacturing of complex developmental bulk drug substances/APIs for pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial needs.
• Follow batch record instructions to execute chemical processing operations successfully.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety Procedures, SOPs, Batch Records, and Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices.

Qualifications

• Open to new graduates interested in manufacturing within an R&D-focused pharmaceutical environment, and experienced candidates from regulated, complex manufacturing backgrounds.
• Minimum of a College Diploma or Degree.
• For senior roles, experience with API or drug product formulation equipment, or similar industries like food, cosmetics, or specialty chemicals involving complex processes.
• Shift work is required, including 8-hour (24/5) and 12-hour (24/7) shifts, depending on business needs.
