RBC in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager, Process Owner for Accounting Services, FAS and CAS within Finance Shared Services. What is the Opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Process Owner, Accounting Services (AS), Finance Application Services (FAS) and Cost Allocation Services (CAS) is a strategic leadership role within the Operations Process Engineering group that leads a team of process owners and subject matter experts in the creation, design, and management of end-to-end processes and procedures.
This role is responsible for supporting the Accounting Services (AS), Finance Application Services (FAS) and Cost Allocation Services (CAS) pillars in Finance Shared Services (FSS) by providing continuous improvement of processes, reducing risk and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes. This individual will lead transformational change in FSS and will partner with various stakeholder groups to reshape FSS processes, embedding innovation, risk discipline, and digital-first thinking into everything we do. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational expertise, positioning you to drive organizational excellence through process optimization, artificial intelligence, and automation. Success is measured through delivering transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, digitisation, and employee satisfaction.

Process Excellence & Analytical Rigor: Possess deep expertise in process mapping, control design, and performance management. Apply data-driven decision-making to identify root causes, evaluate trade-offs, and implement solutions with measurable business impact.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence: Build trusted partnerships across silos, influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Navigate competing priorities with diplomatic skill, serving as a bridge between Operations and Lines of Business to drive shared success.
Risk Acumen & Control Discipline: Embed risk management into every decision and recommendation. Balance innovation with prudence, ensuring transformations are compliant, controlled, and protect RBC’s reputation and financial integrity.
