Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Process Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing to lead manufacturing performance across product lines, drive process improvements, and mentor operations teams using data analytics and Lean/Six Sigma.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, EHS and Maintenance, manage change, support tech transfer, and apply AI tools to accelerate problem solving while advancing safe, reliable, and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or higher in related field.
• 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience leading troubleshooting and optimization projects.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, process capability analysis; Minitab/JMP is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; Green/Black Belt is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional investigations into process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive safety, quality, reliability, capacity and cost improvements across production lines.
• Support process hazard reviews and management of change activities.
• Mentor operators and collaborate with R&D, Scale-Up, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance.
